I created this violin specifically to compete in the “VSA International competition” 2022 edition.
The choice of materials used fell on particularly precious and rare woods, with over 50 years of seasoning. The aim was to obtain a violin that immediately returned the colors and speed of a violin that had already been played for some time.
The result obtained was beyond my expectations. As is known, Stradivari violins made during his golden age are very clear and sharp to the listener’s ears, as well as particularly powerful. Model based on the famous “Cremonese” it retains the ratios of the original case, but not without adding a touch of personal style.
It is a friend of those who are looking for a solo sound and are not afraid of being able to produce a quantity of sound that is clearly audible at any distance. Easy, comfortable and generous, it returns characteristics tending to be clear and direct.
Body length: 356
As with all my instruments the material used is of the best quality you can find as I select only the best for my instruments. The soundboard is made of Italian resonance spruce, the back, sides and neck are made of flamed maple from the Balkans.
I personally produce the varnish I use by combining linseed oil with various resins in order to obtain the ideal rigidity for the sound and the best resistance to wear.
